By registering for and attending in-person yoga classes held in a studio, private space, or other approved location, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Age Requirement: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Participants under 18 are not permitted to register or attend unless separate written parental or legal guardian consent is provided and accepted by the instructor.

• Health & Readiness: You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class. You agree to practice within your own limits.

• Assumption of Risk: Yoga is a physical practice and involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, regardless of class location.

• Instruction Disclaimer: Instruction is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Location Responsibility: For private practice sessions, you are responsible for ensuring the space is safe, clear, and appropriate for movement.

• Conduct & Attendance: Participants are expected to arrive on time and maintain a respectful and safe environment for all attendees.

• Cancellations: All registrations are subject to the stated cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited fees or credits.

• Photo & Video Consent: Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during classes for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. By registering, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the instructor prior to class.

• Liability: The instructor is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that occur during or as a result of participation in in-person classes at any location.
