Relaxation, release, and rest, beginning with the physical body, all body work/ massage begins with muscular system and benefits the nervous and lymphatic system as well. Calming and allowing healing to take place.
I have a variety of sessions for all budgets, rates vary $50 to $115.
I am a Spanish speaker and always consider how needs are translated to different cultures.
